Sometimes when we have to change an Amazon Buy Shipping label for SFP orders, the new tracking number does not go to Amazon. Is this normal for Amazon Buy Shipping? Seems to work for non SFP/Amazon Buy Shipping orders.

Thank you for the post. According to this Help Center article under "Notes about Voiding Labels," this is the correct action. I will go ahead and mark this as a feature request for integrations.

Any update on this? We use Shpstation for our 11 e-commerce accounts, and manually updating tracking numbers after voiding is a significant hassle.

After connecting with our development team, they reviewed your logs and confirmed that ShipStation is successfully sending the tracking information back to the marketplace. At this point, it would be up to the market to display or populate that data correctly.
