Why: Same service but different transit times?

Can someone explain why the Transit time below provided below for USPS Ground Advantage is 3 days yet Amazon Buy Shipping for same service shows 5 days?

Due to Amazon's strict delivery time windows, their estimated delivery dates may differ from ours. Amazon often allows more time for a package to arrive while we display the estimated date provided by the carrier. In other words, even though it may be the same shipping service, the estimates can vary because different entities with different handling processes manage them

@CaraAdmin thanks for responding! Follow-up question:Do know how to get automation to pick Amazon Buy Shipping AND to not get Rate Errors. Looks like Buy Shipping is coming over but then shows as "Rate Error" forcing me to go one by one to manually produce labels. There has to be a solution out here ..Help. Thx
