We have been getting this error for over a month - we've been promised communication from ShipStation regarding the issue but have received none. Customer service isn't responding to messages sent today (11/19/24). This error is occurring when using UPS by ShipStation or our connected account (which is working for all of our domestic UPS shipments).
What can we do to print International labels in ShipStation? We have used workaround methods to this point but feel we will need to migrate to different software as this is a key reason we chose ShipStation in the first place. After a month of no communication or resolution it is apparent this is an issue only with us or somehow a very low priority.

To hopefully help others - ShipStation did get back to me - this was an issue with the SKU field being too long. It won't display a specific error message just a generic "XML Shipping System is Unavailable" message.
