the new amazon shipping carrier

Amazon shipping, (not buy shipping) is integrated into shipstation now and we tried using it for the past ten days with wildly erratic rates that did not match what other tools showed.

Is anyone here using amazon shipping carrier? Are the rates the same for an amazon order using sellercentral.amazon vrs shipstation?

I think the use of that carrier, is by Amazon invitation, only

Its a great option and we use it -- but not here due to the rate issue.  Each order was about $10 more in shipstation than if shippped in sellercentral.

For over a week I sent daily screen shots and order numbers that we were waiting to ship until they investigated. Support eventually closed the case because they need screen shots and order numbers to investigate.

Currently, the rates we display for Amazon shipping are those provided to us directly through Amazon's API. After discussing with a few team members, we recommend contacting your Amazon Shipping account rep for further assistance.
