Login spinning wheel

Seems recently when I first attempt to login Shipstation I just get the spinning gear. If I open another tab it opens quickly. Have same issue on 2 different PCs  using Chrome but worse with Edge and Firefox

we get this regularly on the ipads. press the stop button in the browser and then it refresh. the old login page appears and you can login.

This is happening constantly now running latest version of chrome, in Windows 11

Version 131.0.6778.109 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Its super annoying

They gave me a bandage work around , but it does not solve the issue
