BigCommerce V3 skips orders on import to SS

 I have just switched over to using ShipStation's BigCommerce V3 App.

On order import, Shipstation is not importing the 2nd unit of 2-unit orders, only the 1st unit. This only happens on orders where the customer is shipping the 2nd to a different addresses.

Big Commerce assigns order numbers in these cases in this way: 12345-1 and 12345-2.

Shipstation import recognizes the 12345-1 part of the order and ignores the 12345-2 part of the order.

So I am missing order units in Shipstation. I have no way to import them as Shipstation does not see them.

This does not happen with the previous version of Big Commerce SS build. 

Now that I have installed V3 though, the previous BC SS module has stopped importing - so neither build is usable for me. I have 700 orders a week I need to process and ship.

I urgently need a fix so both parts of Big Commerce orders with -1/-2 endings are show up in Shipstation on import. Thank you for any repairs/solutions you can offer.

Thanks for the response. Sounds like good news - but resolved how?

Will my missing orders reappear in SS BC V3 if I refresh? Has the v2 version of the Big Commerce app been re-activated?

I have an open Support Request #7715472 - that would be a good place to fill me in.

Thank you for your follow-up post! It appears that both your stores were active, which, therefore 

According to Support, this issue was caused by the old BigCommerce store and the new BigCommerce V3 app running simultaneously in ShipStation. 
 
This will result in duplicate orders. To avoid this, I suggest reading the Migration article I sent in a previous email and following its instructions.

As long as the statuses are correct on the BigCommerce end, all orders that have yet to be shipped will be imported to a new store connection. No other BigCommerce stores must be active when making the new store connection.
