The phone number doesn't always import from Shopify into ShipStation which is essentially required by DHL for all international shipments. I can't copy and paste every single number. How can I fix the import issue so that ShipStation attaches the phone numbers entered at checkout to orders?

With the behavior you are describing being occasional, it would be my recommendation to have the support team check into a specific example to get to the root of this issue. They would need to see an order from Shopify that DOES have the phone number listed there, but does NOT have the number listed in ShipStation. This would be tremendously helpful for troubleshooting so we can determine where the adjustment needs to be made!
