Store connected like always and as of today no orders importing. Eventhough I have a Bronze plan I have no chat to let ShipStation know of the issue. I contacted Big Commerce and they are saying ShipStation is the problem. Anybody else in the same boat with Big Commerce and shipstation? Is there a work around?

We are having the same issue and no one has given us a proper response from either BC support Or SS Support
