ShipStation not updating oirder status in WooCommerce

I have connected my WooCommerce site to Shipstation and Shipstation is successfully importing orders. But, once we complete the shipment in Shipstation - Shipstation is not sending this information back to WooCommerce. The order sits in Woo as processing. Can someone please advise?

Many thanks!

We are having the same issue. This just started for us at the beginning of this month. What is the resolution? Everything was working fine and has been working great for a while until just this month. We are running WoodCommerce 8.5.2 and was last updated on 1/25/24 so shipstation order status updates were working great and then stopped working on 2/2/24.

We are also having this problem... Orders are NOT being updated to completed!

I looked back and our issue was that we made a change on our website URL from http: to https: and I had to reconnect the plugin. ShipStation Support was able to diagnose this and lead me through the fix. I recommend you open a ticket 🙂 Hope this helps!

Thanks for your response. So was the URL http before then you changed it to https and then reconnected the plugin and that fixed it? The support person just went in to our ShipStation shipments section and selected the orders that were still in the "Processing" state in WooCommerce and then he clicked "Notify Marketplace". This pushed the "Completed" status on all of those orders and it's reflected in our WooCommerce site now. However, the question/problem is why isn't this happening automatically?!?

It was working prior to 2/2/24 and then all of sudden it stopped. This morning we had like 17 orders that were still in the "Processing" state in our WooCommerce store even though we had shipped the product in Shipstation and the customer in many cases had already received the product.

Was this the problem you were having and the URL change fixed it? Thanks!

Yes - the site was launched as an http and ShipStation worked fine, then my dev guy added the security settings that changed the URL to https: and ShipStation stopped connecting back to Woo. The fix was to reinstall the plug-in with the authentication key and then it was fixed.
