I looked back and our issue was that we made a change on our website URL from http: to https: and I had to reconnect the plugin. ShipStation Support was able to diagnose this and lead me through the fix. I recommend you open a ticket  Hope this help...

Why are letters even an option in shipstation under USPS? Makes NO sense. Anything large enough to be able to use a 4X6 label would be a package or MAYBE a flat. But NOT a letter.
