When a customer selects a shipping option from Squarespace and is charged the carrier-calculated rate from them, the rate that Shipstation comes up with is usually wildly different from what the customer is charged.
My guess is that I do not have the correct dimensions in Shipstation when the rate is calculated? For example: a customer is charged $100 for shipping from Squarespace (carrier-calculated) and then when I am going to calculate the rate from Shipstation, it's closer to $40 to print that shipping label.
