Trouble addressing "Input String Is Not a Valid Integer" Import Error

Hello all,

When our NetSuite connector tries to import an order with a fractional quantity line item, ShipStation throws this error:

An error occurred attempting to update orders: Input string '1.5' is not a valid integer. Path 'sales_orders[26].requested_fulfillments[0].items[0].quantity', line 1, position 39789.

I understand the error and what causes it. What I don't understand is why, instead of just not importing that order, the entire connection breaks. Even after I manually fulfill the problem order in NetSuite, which should remove it from the queue, the connection stays broken.

Unfortunately, orders with fractional quantities do sometimes slip through, so I'd like to know how I can easily clear the error when that happens. I don't need to import the problem orders into ShipStation at all, I just need to connection to not stay broken forever after that happens.

Thanks in advance!
