ShipStation disconnects from WooCommerce constantly requiring us to delete the connection and create a new one by entering the Authentication Key.

How do we solve this issue?

I definitely understand the desire of not wanting to recreate your WooCommerce connection regularly. So that we can try to fully understand your situation, would you be able to provide some details about any sort of error message or behavior that you are seeing when you find that you have to delete the connection. Those details may be the key to our community helping to resolve this issue!
