You should not let your customer support team do "back-dated update" or you should allow them to stop it as well.
This happened us before and now it is happening again. One of my co worker contacted ShipStation customer support for a situation. They did back-date update thinking that it will solve the problem. I dont know how long did it go back but because it is not done in 2 hours, ShipStation is not importing the new Amazon orders. Now, all operation is stopped at the company.
This is a serious issue. Please take required actions ASAP and keep us updated.
