My ShipStation integration to BigCommerce stopped working suddenly, so I disconnected it and went through all of the steps to reconnect (deactivated the store connection, reinstalled the ShipStation app, etc), but I'm getting an error message when I go to actually toggle on Shipstation from my BigCommerce settings. It's saying "Error getting account status" every time I try. Have tried multiple computers and browsers, and cleared cache and cookies. Anyone else have this issue or advice?
