Ability to mark received returns as completed

Please add a tab to the returns page for Completed Returns. It would be extremely helpful to have the ability to mark a received return as completed and have it go under a new tab, Completed Returns, leaving just the latest received returns that have not been refunded under the Received tab.  I would even settle for a Completed checkbox that would stay checked. This would allow anyone to go into the received returns and know if an order has been refunded or not.
