New Order Page Tags Location

Sirs, I'm doing my best to get used to the new Order Page layout.
I have a sincere request.
Can the "Tags" drop down be relocated to where it originally was.
It's current location makes no sense.
Also is the "Apply" click really necessary?

There is so much dead air and mouse movement now, it is really frustrating for someone
that doesn't ever deal with the changes implemented on the new page.
It feels like my mouse is traveling miles now.
Please see my attachment with the example of what I'm talking about.
