It would be a nice feature that if Shipstation would put in an address book for repeated manual orders.  I receive a lot of phone orders from the same customers and it would be great if I didn't have to reenter their address, phone #, etc each time I get an order. I hope that this is something that Shipstation will consider adding to make their site even more relevant to businesses of all types.

Hey there, thanks for surfacing this! Good news - ShipStation will already automatically fill in that information, you will need to create a customer record first. An email is going to be required to create that record. You can do this either when the order is initially input or later via the Customer Records tab. @CaraAdmin It should allow you to create the customer when entering a manual order and save it in the address book. It takes too much time to create the customer and then a manual order. Is there a way to make the email field manual? When we drop ship for our customers, they don't provide email addresses. Also, it should allow us to save a shipping account number to the customer record for 3rd party billing.

Thank you for your response. This is our current process for creating a customer record. I can certainly log this as a feature request. However, please understand that we receive numerous feature requests daily, and it's not always possible for our developers to implement each one.
