And let's say a package is lost and we send a replacement. And the order is old so cannot get void. It still shows under-delivery exceptions. Is there any way we can get that cleared since the replacement was sent and the problem solved? I do not want to check them again and again.
Same problem for Amazon. Since Amazon remove the addresses after the label was created they were stuck at still transfer. I need them to be shown as delivered.
