We do a lot of pre-orders and i notice that if we don't immediately put HS codes in shopify, I can't back populate them.

I don't see this as an option in the excel files, either? 😞

Hello, @georgesarnetsky!

 

Thank you for posting in the community! The best way to do this is to add the values in Shopify before listing the products for sale. That way, they’ll include the value when the orders are imported. Also, you could alternatively import the harmonization codes into ShipStation directly via a CSV import.

We are going item by item, but only have to do it once.  Our orders originate in Backerkit and they HAVE HS codes, just not transferring over.

Click on item name and the item comes up

Click on "Apply changes to open orders" (at bottom next to save/cancel) and it will update everything that's open
