Bulk Edit Customs Declarations

Our company ships gift boxes with multiple items such as :

Books,
T-Shirt,

Water Bottle,
Rubber Duck
Key Chain.

We need to update the Customs Declaration to include the name, quantity, and value for each individual item. I'm trying to find a way to Bulk edit the Customs information. As of this moment, the only option I see available is adding the above mentioned items one by one on each and every order. There must be a quicker way to do this.
