Checkbox bug

I've been dealing with a problem where I cannot clear the checkboxes in some cases.  Here's how I replicate it:

1. In the list of orders, check the box next to an order
2. Click the order number to pop up the order details
3. Close the order details window
4. Click the checked box.  The check does not clear.

Does anyone else see this?  I submitted a case to Shipstation support, never heard back from them, and the case was marked as "Solved" despite receiving no communication and the bug not being, you know, fixed.
