I just joined ShipStation. After reading multiple articles about how to edit Custom Email Templates (for Shipment or Delivery confirmations), it appears this option has disappeared from ShipStation.

All the explanations point to options that are not on our ShipStation Account Settings.

Some of the vendors we work with use ShipStation and have customized email Shipment Notifications, so I know this is possible... or at least it *used to be* possible. 

Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the link, Cara. Based on the linked article, it appears ShipStation does *not* allow new users to customize the email notifications. Am I reading this right?

Thanks for clarifying, and I’m sorry for the mix-up earlier! 

Custom email templates are available starting with our Gold Plan, so that feature isn’t included with the Bronze Plan. If you’d like to learn more about upgrading to Gold and unlocking advanced tools like this, let us know. I have attached our help center article on how to Manage Your Subscription if you may be interested in that.
