Discount code Criteria for automation rule

We would love to have an option for a discount code to be a criteria for an automation rule.

We have an employee sale every year with a discount code and we'd like those orders to be tagged when they import into ShipStation so we know not to ship those orders. 

It would be ideal if it was based on a specific discount code, but even if ShipStation could recognize that a discount code was used at all, and could be an automation criteria, that would be great.
