Currently, we only have a toggle between on/off to send emails from ShipStation. I am proposing that we allow conditional email sending, such as only sending an email for additional shipments.

 

Currently, I use Klaviyo to send shipping confirmation/tracking label emails, but if I try to add a shipment, the customer would not know the second tracking number as they wouldn't be notified from Klaviyo about the additional shipment. I would love to have the option to use ShipStation to inform my customers about the additional shipments via email.

 

If anyone has another solution for this, please let me know because my customers are sometimes confused when all their items are not all in one package and they're not informed of the other tracking numbers.
