Hello ShipStation 

we run across this issue often as we ship various sized packages internationally via DHL express. The current calculation can be wildly off, in which we either need to eat the overage or we need to contact the customer to pay additional money to cover the inaccurate shipping quote disparity. 
also displaying international duties at the time of purchase might be helpful as well (there are other add on apps that do this, but would be great if it was integrated into ShipStation)
