NEW COLUMN FOR ODERS AND SHIPMENTS PAGES

Please add a column for Internal Notes on both the orders and shipments pages.  This way we can add the column and be able to see internal info related to order or shipment. This will help when customers reach out via email with additional shipping info we can put it in internal notes and inturn our shipping employee can see that info.
