We use a 3PL partner. If labels are voided and reprinted by the 3PL, a second postback is not triggered to update the cost and tracking number. This leads to inconsistencies between Shipstation's "real" data and the "old" data that was posted back to our DB. It keeps us from being able to give accurate shipping information to our customers without manual intervention.

According to this "help" article, this is how it was designed:
"If you create a new label for an order after voiding the original label and reship the order, the store that the order originated from will not be notified with the new shipment and tracking information."
This is not helpful, as it seems to intentionally leave inconsistent data between our systems. Could we please get the option to receive a postback when our 3PL voids and reprints a label?
