Hi

If our UPS rate and ShipStation rate is the same, Rate Shopper should choose our UPS account. Why is it choosing ShipStation's UPS account?

Can you please fix this.

Thank you for following up! You were working with support on ticket 7967348, but the agent couldnโ€™t complete the troubleshooting process before the ticket was closed.
