Repeatable Customs Documents

I have 133 shipments to Canada from the US that are all the same.  A box with 7 different items within it.  I cannot find a way to re-produce the customs documents for each shipment, other than to manually enter the info into each order. 

I need a way to upload that information as part of an "Import" or Batch Upload.
