Notify us (or designated email) when a return label has been used by the recipient (ie picked up by the carrier).
Also, generate a report showing all unused labels
Reached out to support on this for the second time in a few years (forgot I reached out the first time years back) nonetheless this is a must! I only know when a customer returns an item back when I receive it which in many cases is weeks later.
I was wondering if there was a way that we (the vendor) would be notified when a customer has initiated a return. I had set up the shipstation return portal and did a test run to see if I would receive some sort of notification or alert that the customer had initiated a return, however, there was no notification.
I would really like to be able to trigger email notifiations when carrier tracking shows that a return has actually been delivered. This is data Shipstation is already showing once logged in.
