Sometimes our customers get confused when they receive one of multiple packages and open the package, there are not full items they ordered, because they only can see one tracking number and they don't expect more packages are coming. Sending or showing multiple package tracking numbers can help customers to know whats going on their orders and definitely reduce these concerns.

Tracking confirmation emails should contain, not just the master tracking number for a multi-package shipment, but also the individual package numbers with products that are in that specific package.

When we get multiple package orders shipstation only sends single master tracking number to marketplaces. But it would be better and much more accurate if shipstation can send all tracking numbers of an order so that we can give more accurately tracking status to our customers and marketplaces.

We have been encountering this a lot recently leading to unhappy or concerned customers when there packages arrive on different days. It's not just that ShipStation doesn't let us send multiple tracking numbers in shipment confirmation emails, it's also that the branded tracking page/portal doesn't indicate anywhere that there could be more than one package on the way. Carriers' tracking pages such as with FedEx contain the info from the master tracking number, but it's tucked away and the customer doesn't know to look for it.

This feature would also help us with our EDI provider being able to send all tracking numbers in a multi-package shipment with ASNs, which is needed for Amazon Vendor Central POs.

I agree, when there is multi-piece shipment we need to have a better mechanism native to Shipstation that offers such information to customer. We would ideally provide them with each unique tracking number within a shipment. Since that is apparently not possible, we would ideally like to check a box (multipiece shipment) that auto generates a message built into the email notification to at a minimum let customers know how many boxes are in the shipment. Also, for drop shippers...10% of my store orders ship from another provider and we only receive the tracking number...customers are always confused. Therego, my team has to manually email "Your order item xyz ships from our store today with tracking xyz, but your order item *** will ship from another store and we will provide data yada yada yada." With FedEx putting more weight charges on boxes over 50 companies are definitely shipping more boxes to avoid these charges. Thus, more orders will have more boxes to ship in that order. It would be very nice if shipstation built code to: 1) check a box for multipiece shipment 2) opens a screen to map sku to box (you have all the data for this) 3) check box for "some items have not shipped (map sku), but we will provide tracking when ready." 4) after the items from HQ warehouse have shipped and order goes into shipping Que, you should be able to click order and "finish" the order by manually inputting the tracking number for the item that shipped from outside your warehouse. Again, this would save multiple emails and work flows and be a better reporting product for end users. Please consider. Happy to explain in detail or consult on getting this done!

2018 and still no update? We've automated the exported tracking from ShipStation to our customers. If we have to go back to manually updating spreadsheets then it defeats the purpose of using a software like ShipStation. Please update!

I have to manually type tracking numbers into other sites that aren't currently supported by ShipStation, and it would be very nice to have all tracking numbers on multi-piece shipments easily accessible for copy and paste!
