Hi, ShipStation is one of the powerful and popular app for Shopify order and shipment management. As an online wholesale and retailer, multiple packages are needed for the checkout. The shipping rates integrated from shipstation to Shopify are based on weight. When there are multiple packages per order the shipping rates can be inaccurate and vendors may spend overhead costs just on shipping rates. I personally researched and added additional apps on shopify, adding dimensions and boxes on the product for more accurate multi packages shipping rates. ShipStation can consider adding another feature for customers to add product dimensions on shopify and when someone checkout it shows multi packages shipping rates for a more accurate cost. It is difficult for online retailers to keep on integrate different apps for their stores, this is a good opportunity for shipstation since every feature is available for shipment and order management.
