I'm writing to suggest an enhancement for the returns process in ShipStation that would greatly benefit businesses like ours. We propose a feature that allows the creation of return orders without automatically purchasing a postage label. This change would significantly speed up the returns process and offer greater flexibility to both businesses and customers.

Key Benefits:

  • Time Efficiency: Eliminates unnecessary steps, speeding up return processing.
  • Cost Reduction: Saves on operational costs as not all returns require seller-provided postage.
  • Simplified Logistics: Streamlines the process by focusing on return authorization, enhancing compliance with marketplace policies.

This feature would be a substantial improvement, saving time and resources and improving customer satisfaction by aligning more closely with their preferences and needs.

Do you know if Shipstation connect to any return integrated software from other companies to keep track of returns as we cant use the Shipstation system for our returns
