USPS Pay-On-Use Return labels

This feature has been begged for since 2012, and marked as in the "Planned" stage for 5 years. In the mean time EVERY main shipping platform has launched this feature (Shippo, Pirateship, Shipping Easy, Easy Ship, Easy post....). Lately I feel foolish for having invested so much time and effort in what I had always assumed as the most feature rich shipping platform out there. We stuck around when rates doubled 2 years ago as it was explained so we could continue to innovate and provide a superior product. 

Being able to provide a USPS return shipping label with every outbound shipment and not being charged until the label is actuatly used would be huge. What is the Status? Is this feature still in the works?

Also would like to know. My use case requires return labels for every shipment. Luckily 98% always get used, but there's always the few that do not get used, and I'd rather not have to chase that down all the time to cancel.
