We are starting to use DHL for our international shipping and have run into pick up issues.
When scheduling a pick-up, ship station allows us to choose a Saturday pick-up. Well, they do not pick up on Saturday; therefor the order doesn't ship, and it doesn't even go into a scheduling que for Monday pick up. I'd suggest removing the Saturday pick-up from the calendar for this carrier.
