More UPS Label Options/Templates

When we print labels out of UPS Worldship we use a label that has a perforated tag at the bottom that can print useful information like negotiated rate, tracking number and even your dimensions if you want to set it up that way.  The label is 4 x 8-1/4, and since shipstation is a partner of UPS this label and label template should be an easy addition to our label printing options.
