$0 International Warranty Orders

When we ship $0 international warranty orders we need to add the following statement.

“No commercial value. Total value for customs purposes only.”

Currently, in the customs declaration section there is not an option for a note. Can we add a drop down option under Select Contents to for Warranty that will automatically include this note.
