8.5" x 11" (w/ Packing Slip) How to edit ?

Hello,

I know we can edit and create packing slips, but I’m unable to locate where to edit the 8.5" x 11" (w/ Packing Slip) label document. I’d like to use this format since it prints the postage label on the sticky side and the packing slip on the other side, which we use as a gift message.

Specifically, I need to know how to display only the "Notes from Buyer" on this document only and not the full packing slip. It seems to be the only document I can’t find an option to customise.

Any ideas ?

Thank you for your post in the community! I found a helpful article in our Help Center titled Customer Packing Slip.  We currently don’t offer double-sided packing slips; however, you can include buyer notes by editing your packing slip template. This guide provides detailed instructions on the available customization options. I hope you find it helpful!
