Absolute trash waste of time "company" zero customer service. No way to contact the company to resolve an issue in any sort of timely manor. Tried calling 4 times, got an automated service that hung up on me twice, said that it was outside business hours when it was 2:30 in the afternoon. chat support is just links to the FAQ page, the FAQ page didnt have the answer. the only option is it email them which takes days to respond to. I would take my business else where but I already added money to the account and cant get it back... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I'm sorry to hear you've had this experience getting support. That is not the experience we want you, or anyone, to have with our department. We only want to help you out!

With that in mind, just to confirm, our support email is support@shipstation.com. Once we have a ticket in, we can get you the support you need. I'll keep my eyes open for it to come into our system.
