I have to restart my Mac every time I want to use ship station connect to print labels for my business.
Am I dumb? I might be but plz someone help lol
The app on my Mac doesn't "open" meaning I can't simply log in to connect. I have to restart my Mac to get the app to open, then it logs in automatically. Only then can my Mac connect to my SSC account so I can print labels. Otherwise I have to download the labels and send them to my printer myself.
This has been the process every time I need to ship labels.
What am I doing wrong? What is the solution.
Yes, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app (several times! I thought the app had been uninstalled thanks to the notice on the SSC settings page telling me I needed to install the app in order to connect, when I'd actually just been logged out and can't open the app without restarting my Mac...)
Help a dummy out.
