Ability to do PARTIAL UPDATES of orders via CSV

This seems like it would be such an easy feature to implement. If I want to add something to a Custom Field in bulk to a lot of orders, there is no easy way to do it. I would LOVE to just import a CSV with the internal OrderID and the text I want and do a partial update. Why isn't this possible?
