Rates over API via Amazon Buy Shipping

Hi, We have setup our API calls and having troubles receiving Amazon Buy Shipping rates over API. Stamps.com and UPS rates work as expected. Seems strange as when we try to do it from the front end - it picks it up. Anyone had this issue ?

How to Change the Shipping Date?
