I would like to suggest that the chat support feature window be included in my ship station desktop interface, many times I find it difficult to find exactly what I am looking for in the help section or database for exactly how to fix the issue I am facing at the moment.
I have also emailed support but found that it takes too much time to get a response and affects processing orders. I inquired specifically about the chat feature and where to find it. The representative did not even respond to this when it could save me time to just know where to go. Even when the window pops up, chat is not just a button you can click to get quick support. I think this would be valuable to our community to have this Chat window right in our interface.
