With our workflow, we print the label few hours later after it is created, right at the point it is being shipped out.
If we are able to get label printed date programmatically, we can send an email to a client that their order has been shipped exactly at the point it is shipped, adding clarity and enhancing user experience.
Since label printed date already exists on the dashboard, adding it to API should be relatively easy.
