We have used shipstation for some time but it appears the connection linking it to amazon went down yesterday and seems to have not been resolved for us?

I have deleted the account and reconnected. 

Removed permission on amazon and then added a new store on shipstation.

Is anyone else in the same boat?

I understand that you have a an error with Amazon order imports.
 
This incident has been reported by numerous users and the escalation team is working to resolve this ASAP.
 
We are treating this matter with the urgency it deserves, and are doing what we can to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
We don’t have an ETA on a resolution, but we’ll notify you as soon as there is an update, or a resolution.

Thank you for posting in the Community! As @Saj mentioned, some users are currently experiencing an issue importing orders from Amazon, which may prevent label creation. Our development team is actively working on a fix, and resolving this is a top priority.

Still getting the issue, it’s going to cause us major problems if it’s not resolved in the next couple of hours.
