Canada Shipping Tax Report

How/Can a report be generated showing GST/Tax charged on Shipping Cost? 

This is a requirement in Canada and I have been unable to generate this report.

We are also trying to figure this out. 
It's year end and we cannot generate this information.

I was not able.  Shipstation says this is not a functionality. 
I've tried explaining that it is a legal requirement and have had no luck thus far
