Checkout Rates allowing USPS and UPS ALWAYS

I'm having issues where my checkout will only display one or the other (USPS or UPS) for customers depending on their region with Live Rates on. Some of my customers simply don't like USPS or don't have UPS deliver their packages correctly to their addresses.

I think there should be a way for all Live Rate services be available EVEN IF one is cheaper than the other. I can not think of a single downside to giving a customer more options when choosing shipping at checkout!

Has anyone found a workaround for this issue or having a similar problem?

So far crickets from ShipStation on this issue. It needs to be addressed because USPS and UPS are two very different services.
