As much as we want to ship everything via ship station we have some stuff which just will never go through for various reasons, Collection, Other couriers. pallets. However our stock/shipping software will only mark something complete after we have dispatched via ship station, we literally only have the carrier option on the system. So although an other has been shipped its still sat in picked awaiting dispatch. Literally a Blank carrier or even a collected or shipped by other carrier button so the orders can finalise in the systems normal dispatch flow rather than having to mark every one manually. One step further would be other courier then it asks for a tracking number to add to the system and you just Scan it in.
We can't be the only business with this issue!
