Cannot get into ShipStation again, tried three browsers, similar to last Thursdays 9/26/24 outage

Error Details:

Request failed with status code 504. Url was /seller

Yep - same thing here.   Everytime that SS rolls out new releases, they break something.

Why do you guys push down updates that make the program worse? leave the damn thing alone. It works great until updates. Every single time. I am already on my cancelation free months and today I cant do anything. Do you people realize many of us have only 24 hours to ship packages? you are costing us money and I personally think we have a joint lawsuit capability for our combined losses of revenue. it never gets better, only worse. and you still use the outdated helpdesk support that has been trashed by most companies for over a decade except for internally. you cant speak to anyone for help. I used to speak highly of this company. Not any more. You got tons of customers then just shit on all of us for more profit.

Same here. This program has become complete trash. Every update makes it worse. I have been here since the first month and its complete trash now. I already canceled and riding my 2 free months they give you when you cancel.
